Small dinner parties are becoming more popular than hitting the club or going out for a night on the town.  This doesn’t mean that the nightclub industry is suffering, only that as the entertainment industry catches up to the consumer mindset there will be more and more do-it-yourself or interactive restaurants where patrons will be allowed to have more of a hand in their food preparation.
