      I am confused, did you ship to me a second pair of clogs?
      In summary, I ordered a pair of men's size 44 clogs in Bordeaux brush off leather. They arrived in dark brown as shown in the attached photo. You authorized a return coupon which I received and still have. I have not mailed the clogs back to you thinking you were going to send me the correct pair as shown exactly in your 8/23 email. Then I would return the first pair of clogs to you. What is the status?
      If you cannot send me the clog I ordered I will have to report you to the Consumer Advocate. Nick Starace
