To maintain the performance and lifespan of your workwear, please follow the specific manufacturer instructions: Garment and Apparel Care: Follow the specific laundry, water temperature, and drying guidelines found on the inner clothing tag. Footwear and Shoe Care: Reference the specialized cleaning parameters or material care steps listed on the item label.
Returns: Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed. Embroidered, customized, trimmed, close-out, and discontinued items are non-returnable. Exchanges: Select items qualify for one exchange per item purchased. Request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Additional exchanges require a return for refund and a new order. How to start a return: Email returns@fiumaraapparel.com (our parent brand) or call 1-855-348-6272 with your order details to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For exchanges, include your requested size, color, or style. Write the RMA number on the package and ship it within 7 days of issuance. Shipping costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by Fiumara. Fiumara covers standard shipping for an approved exchange replacement. After the return is received and approved, the replacement typically ships within 1–2 business days.
