For supplier-stocked items without embroidery, Chef Works normally ships in approximately 2 business days and Sanita in approximately 3–4 business days, subject to supplier availability. Other suppliers, special orders and consolidated international shipments have different lead times; contact us for an item-specific estimate. These estimates are time before dispatch, not arrival. Delivery time is additional. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Embroidery: Allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production after artwork approval, where required. For orders without an artwork-approval step, production uses the embroidery details submitted at checkout. Delivery time is additional.

To maintain the performance and lifespan of your workwear, please follow the specific manufacturer instructions: Garment and Apparel Care: Follow the specific laundry, water temperature, and drying guidelines found on the inner clothing tag. Footwear and Shoe Care: Reference the specialized cleaning parameters or material care steps listed on the item label.
Returns: Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed. Embroidered, customized, trimmed, close-out, and discontinued items are non-returnable. Exchanges: Select items qualify for one exchange per item purchased. Request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. Additional exchanges require a return for refund and a new order. How to start a return: Email returns@fiumaraapparel.com (our parent brand) or call 1-855-348-6272 with your order details to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For exchanges, include your requested size, color, or style. Write the RMA number on the package and ship it within 7 days of issuance. Shipping costs: Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by Fiumara. Fiumara covers standard shipping for an approved exchange replacement. After the return is received and approved, the replacement typically ships within 1–2 business days.
